Called to set up my annual appointment. Told my Doctor left and the practice Dr.'s aren't accepting new patients. Our family has been going there for 25 years. No new patients. What the hell?

I am very disappointed with this practice. I had an appointment booked for over a year. I took off work, drove over 30 minutes to the clinic, and upon my arrival, two ladies behind the desk tell me my doctor is out of the office. I was NEVER informed of this. I was called ONCE in the last several months to let me know my doctor would be going on maternity leave eventually. This was plain ignorance to inform a patient about a canceled appointment. I was scheduled an appointment after 1.5 months of trying to and then they called on the day of appointment that they have to cancel and reschedule the appointment. The very next available appointment is after 2 months! Is this a joke? How can a patient had to wait around 4 months to just see a doctor. Very very disappointing for scheduling the appointment.

Never refill prescriptions if needed. If I call to get a refill sent to the pharmacy Friday I won’t have it until Monday.
