Front desk is very rude and unprofessional. I called in and was put on hold for about twenty minutes. When I called back she claimed to have just clicked over and that I hung up on her which is just a complete lie. She was speaking to me about my personal information out loud in a very rude voice as if she wanted others to hear. I am absolutely offended that she spoke to me on the job in that manner and released my private information aloud for the public to hear. A decent doctor that takes time to actually listen to you. Problem is if you are actually sick, they are already booked up and cannot get you in for 2 or 3 days. I have had problems with this several times. My daughter called when they opened thinking she had an UTI, and wanted to talk to the nurse to see if she needed to be seen and they didn't call us back all day. She called back about 2 hours later and the secretary said she just needed to be patient. How long does it take to make a 2 min phone call to a regular patient?... read more

This is, by far, one of the best medical offices I have ever visited in my 66 years. The Doctor, PA and office staff are helpful and courteous. Always a fine experience.

I have been to this location twice and they very prompt and fabulous will for sure go back dr Dixon she’s wonderful np also super thank you!!
