When the billing department can't get your name spelled right after 6 minute's and me spelling it MULTIPLE times..... it's time for them to GET A NEW JOB that DOESN'T include paying attention!!! Soooooo frustrating!! Then had to give my date of birth a couple times! I just don't get it!

I took my mother and saw NP Charity Hall and her assistant Marley. They were both absolutely amazing and remembered so much about my mother after not seeing her for 6 month to a year. My only advice is to teach the receptionists some customer service. She was short, and rude to everyone as I listened in the lobby while waiting.
