When the billing department can't get your name spelled right after 6 minute's and me spelling it MULTIPLE times..... it's time for them to GET A NEW JOB that DOESN'T include paying attention!!! Soooooo frustrating!! Then had to give my date of birth a couple times! I just don't get it!
I took my mother and saw NP Charity Hall and her assistant Marley. They were both absolutely amazing and remembered so much about my mother after not seeing her for 6 month to a year. My only advice is to teach the receptionists some customer service. She was short, and rude to everyone as I listened in the lobby while waiting.
I am getting ready to find another Dr and Healthcare provider! I i am getting extremely frustrated and pissed off with the far below acceptable services at mercy this last couple of years. It takes forever to get an appointment and even when you do get an appointment they drop the ball. They say they will call you to schedule an appointment or they don't send your information to the people that they are supposed to.
