1/5 experience. Staff couldn’t point me in the proper direction for convenient care and I was told “the instructions are pretty clear to everyone else” by a worker. Then was instructed to wait in my car until I could come inside (understandable for Covid precautions). However I had Checked in at 9:40 for my 10am appointment as instructed, then was told to go to the opposite side of the building and re-check in. -5 stars! Absolutely the worst clinic for orthopedic care in northwest Arkansas. If you have to go to this clinic make sure to ask everything before your appointment otherwise you will be billed and not get follow up care. This place is totally disorganized and looking for money. I was called by Jessica Walker who apologized for my experience and basically said sorry not sorry you still have to pay us. I have liked all my care here. Really good nursing staff. The nurses have helped me learn to be independent. Therapies have been pretty good. Physical therapy has helped me move around like I couldn't before and helped me be more mobile. Occupational therapy has helped teach me how to take a bath and put on my clothes. Speech therapy worked on my comprehension and stuff. The people kept my room clean. The food has been alright- my doctor, she is really good. She knows what she's talking about. They turned down when my colitis was acting up and they didn’t have any reason to decline me from help. I went to the ER after them and all the doctors were confused why they didn’t treat me. I’m disgusting with the two front desk ladies there Friday night. If you work in the medical field then do your job when someone needs help!!

Everyone was helpful and positive and all just excellent. They are nice and polite. They helped me get ready to go home by walking and doing stairs and getting in and out of the car- I had to learn how to get in and out of the bed, the tub, and do kitchen stuff. You had to work on knowing where your legs were to the seat to sit down. The nurses, aids and cooks are good and the food was good. The doctors were nice and everybody were just nice people- it was clean at the facility. I would recommend the facility to others.

Very personable and friendly conscientious. The rehabilitation process has been most effective and the staff is patient as well as moving you towards your becoming efficient in your healing process.
waited an hour and half and people who came in after my daughter got seen before her. Urgent care isnt like the ER where they triage on severity (and I say that even when my 6 year-old was throwing up while there) Urgent care is a first come first serve. im a nurse of 15 years having experience in both ER and Urgent care and ive never seen anything like this.
