Since living in Springfield for almost 2 years I have had good experiences with Mercy Clinic. I am getting used to seeing my primary doctor once a year; however, in-between seeing him I see PA E. Phelps. She is a caring person who listens to you and does not "rush" you thru your appointment.
Old needs remodeled for as much as people pay I think it should be a whole lot nicer than what it is, but all around it works!!!
