I’ve called countless times to try to get an appointment the past month
If I could give them a zero I would also it is ridiculous that if your on Medicare or Medicaid they treat you like trash. I have never had a worse experience in my whole life they were so disrespectful and ignorant specially the old guy who acted like my insurance lady was wrong when she wasn't I went somewhere else and got exactly what I needed . I have noticed that people without Medicare and Medicaid are treated better and that is completely unethical it should not matter the insurance you have, they're there to do a job ... read more
