What was suppose to be a two hour appointment turned into a 4.5 hours. Very unprofessional! Had people to go before us because our procedure took longer! Would not recommend them to anyone! Calling the head of administration tomorrow!
Wait time is very long… appointment time was at 2:10 and it’s now 3:08 and just getting the eye testing done .. but the staff is very friendly and nice so makes up for it I guess
Have allot of concerns how this Dept is ran. Need to meet with the clinic manager to discuss these. IF, I can find out who that is.
The wait at every appointment here is absolutely ridiculous. Every single time it is a 2 hour minimum wait. Today's appointment was 2:20 pm. It is now 4:27 pm and haven't been called back. Every patient in the waiting room complains every time. Lazy scheduling done here at this office.
