Am on hold for 45 minutes or more when I call.
Wait time is ridiculous. Dr. Sun messed up my eye then sent me to someone else to try to fix it. This place reminds me of a cattle sale barn. 3 or 4 hour appointment time. Go down the street and get proper care.
I don't know how anyone makes an appointment or talks to their doctor? They do NOT Answer the phones. On hold for 45 minutes and then they hung up on me without answering! They need new office management.
Dr G Gillman amazing doctor. Explains everything and very patient . He’s truly great. .
