The most unprofessional unfriendly place in springfield. I asked for info about 2 1/2 hours after waiting and all I got was "they will call you when they are ready" have a sit The people behind the desk talk about their politics, the pizza they are eating, and the schooling they don't have but not to people who are sitting their in discomfort. They are laughing and having a good time but not comforting the sick folks. Professional curtesy is dead at St John urgent care at the national location.
finally tracked down the correct number for pediatric urgent care. all the websites and even the yellow pages have the incorrect number. the correct number is: 885-0810
this number is no longer in use. I really don't know how we can have accurate numbers to call when looking them up when you look them up and there is a non-working number that you are given...
