Been waiting a week for a STAT appointment. Called every day and been told the same thing “keep your phone by you, we’ll call you back by the end of the day.” And no call back. My wife has 3 organ systems in failure (per 3 different dr’s) and still nothing done!!! Find a different place to go!
This practice is unprofessional. It took my husband two months to get an appointment - understandable - but they have since pushed back his appointment twice, and this time they pushed it back by an entire month. Any reputable medical practice would find a way to squeeze patients in rather than pushing them out for months at a time. Patients should not have to pay for the practice’s scheduling mistakes, especially when dealing with serious medical concerns.
