Recommendedmostly friendly staff. The Urgent Care doctor's are top notch, care about their patients.
Doctor was going to get me with a doctor for surgery before the end of the month and nothing was done. Out of pocket would have been nothing.But now my co-pay starts over on the first of the new year.....$4,000 dollars I pay first.

The receptionists are ALWAYS so rude to me when I go for my Physical Therapy appointments. They ALWAYS fight with me about scheduling new appointments.
My Dr was Dr. Schulman. I was treated with respect and he listened to everything i had expressed and in the end i recieved a total knee replacement. i just seen him this last week for him to tell me i can return back to work and to keep doing what im doing mind you 10 weeks later but i shook my doctors hand cause he gave me back my life. I recommend him to anybody. i had great care thru the whole process. Thank you Dr. Schulman!
Love the care Dr. Nowak and Dr. Johnson provide! Great Pediatrician and allergy specialist...A+++. It took us a while to find the right set of doctors in Janesville, very happy with Mercy East.
The nurses are young, ignorant, and have no concept of customer service. These people need training, if you care, that is. I see an excellent Dr at Mercy East, but these nurses make my visits nightmares.
