I called this clinic hoping to get an appointment for a simple earwax cleaning, but was surprised to learn that despite having multiple doctors, the earliest availability was over 6 weeks out. For something that can be uncomfortable and usually needs quicker attention, this wait time feels unreasonably long. It’s disappointing because I was hoping to establish care here, but the scheduling system makes it very difficult for new patients.
If you still think everyone in the medical field is smart, you haven’t been here yet. I scheduled an appointment for an ear cleaning before my military physical, but when I got there they wouldn’t clean my ears because I wasn’t in their “database” or something weird like that. Now I don’t have time to schedule another appointment before my physical. Thank you Mercy receptionists.
Very good experience at both the doctor and audiologist. Part of Mercy network. Audiologist was exceptional in helping me with my existing hearing aids.
I've only seen Dr. Bridges twice but he was very nice, professional and cared for my concerns both times. I had a fine needle aspiration biopsy today and both Dr. Bridges and the nurse were beyond awesome! Both concerned that I was doing ok throughout the procedure. I'm so glad I was referred to them. I've been to a couple doctors with horrible bedside manner, definitely NOT the case here!
