I saw Dr Cox for a hearing evaluation, after having a failed attempt to use an online service and a trial of premium hearing aids. She was able to better help me understand the specifics of my hearing loss and why the kind of hearing aid I tried did not work for me. It was a very good and informative experience. Wish I would have started the whole process with her.
The Audiology Department team at Mercy is always great to work with.
Very professional but wonderfully friendly. I have had different ones give me my hearing test but they are all the same---GREAT PEOPLE! They make you feel comfortable before, during, and after the testing, and when it is over, they make sure you know and understand your testing. It is a comfortable place and the people are a great asset!
