The Audiology Department team at Mercy is always great to work with.
Very professional but wonderfully friendly. I have had different ones give me my hearing test but they are all the same---GREAT PEOPLE! They make you feel comfortable before, during, and after the testing, and when it is over, they make sure you know and understand your testing. It is a comfortable place and the people are a great asset!
I was unsure about my hearing after I get hearing aids them I will know. I will need to go else where for hearing aids.
