This is the new Mercy Clinic to replace the old one next door. The new facility is great and really provides the much needed modern updates that the old building lacked. I haven't had any issues and things have been pretty quick and easy each time I've gone. Spacious waiting area is also a plus.
Dr. Otabil is amazing! Most of the receptionist are great! The nurses are as sweet as sorghum... But there is one receptionist that is the devil. I almost didn't come back... i wish I knew what her name is... but thats part of her evil hateful powers... She will attack you while your in pain then ignore you and act like your ignorant. She will threaten that you won't be seen again if you don't have cash in hand...
