Worst experience. I brought my young daughter to the ER because she could not stop vomiting and having diarrhea. We had a five-hour drive home ahead of us, and my priority was making sure she wasn’t severely dehydrated and could get some relief. After waiting five hours without being seen, I made the difficult decision to leave because I could not justify making my sick child continue to suffer in the waiting room. I had an endoscopy there twice and nurses were terrific and Dr. Siddiqui is the best!!
We were transferred here for my little girl. We have never been before. I tell You i immediately felt at ease. Children’s hospitals are such blessings and the people that work there really make the biggest difference. Dr.Sample was absolutely incredible. I would recommend him a million times over and his vibe just makes you feel so calm and cool. Brought my son here after we didn’t agree with another hospital’s opinion and treatment plan. It was traumatic. The staff at Mercy LISTENED to us, they didn’t try to say we were crazy or anything. They actually worked with us, communicated with us every step of the way and made sure everyone knew and agreed with what was happening and made sure to make my son as comfortable as he could be, every step of the way.
