RecommendedAll around amazing care, the staff treat you like family. It's private practice so you always get one on one care. Dr. Mangubat is the best
Only place in DE that I know of that can read a Creighton Chart. They helped me get and stay pregnant. Very personally concerned. Was actually supported in my decision to use NFP and be Pro-life.

Mercy Care cares about holistic Women's Health and teaches a woman how her body work naturally. Others don't take the time they just put you on pills. This alone prevents cancer
I would recommend any mom to Dr.Mangubat. Her staff is really great. She is also great. They are very thorough in making sure they find out everything that's happening to your body and also to your baby. Whenever you have your next baby, choose this place. She delivered my baby and it went smoothly.
She delivered all 3 of my kids. I wouldn't change it for the world. If I was to have anymore she would be the one to do it.
I could not say enough good things about Dr. Mangubat and her staff. Dr. Mangubat is knowledgeable, empathetic, conscientious, and down to earth. She truly has a passionate heart for providing the best care possible for women and children. The office staff members are professional, happy to help and treat everyone like family.
