Had a great experience here with the staff. They made a surrogacy birth seamless and did their research before I arrived and was able to answer all our questions thoroughly. The only problem that I had is that a Highschool student shadowing was let in to watch me give birth without my consent. To have non medical personnel in the room without asking me felt like a huge invasion of privacy and I only found out because afterwards I asked why there was someone standing there just staring at me.
Had my baby girl here back in June, and just wanted to share that this was an AMAZING experience. Everyone I had the pleasure of meeting was phenomenal. From the very start before my C-section, during surgery and after care, I always felt that I was in good hands. They truly care for the patient, and baby. If I was to have anymore babies I would use this hospital again in a heartbeat !
If there happen to be a 10-star option, it still wouldn’t be enough. What a WONDERFUL group of ladies. We came in on Tuesday afternoon questioning if we having strong enough contractions because my wife was worried about being sent home. The nurses were so helpful and friendly to get us into a room and be seen. 5 hours later we had a baby! Best birthing experience ive ever had. Mercys labor a delivery team IS so amazing,the care is exceptional. The spousal care also amazing. My LD nurse helped coach him to help me in many ways! I never felt alone they do one on one nurse time or they leave if you want them too. We even got to see our baby on the Billboard after her birth which is optional. They have new renovations coming soon. But the bed was still great for my other half and myself and baby.
Thanks to all the nurses whom took care my son and I during out stay. They took care of him so well. I appreciated and thank God for their lives . May God keep strengthen them
