Most of the staff is very pleasant, making you feel comfortable in what could be a stressful situation.
Beware if you call in an appointment. I was told one time on the phone and came into the office to another. Receptionists get sarcastic and often talk to eachother about patients family members getting upset about this situation. It's upsetting that this is occurring and they seem to have no motivation to fix it.
