Had a procedure, and every other part of the bill was sent to insurance, and covered. NCA never bothered to send it, despite being part of the same procedure as all the others. Then, sent me a past due bill for the balance almost immediately, for which I paid about $300 on the initial non-insurance bill. billing department is terrible when dealing with medicare/supplementals
The billing department is worthless!! Been on a three way call with my insurance and the billing department and they are saying they didn’t receive documents from the insurance company and insurance company had date and time of when received and acknowledged!! If this goes to collections I’m going to be very angry!!! Someone needs to learn to read the EOB
Severe billing issues
I had my surgery in Jan. 2023, this company's billing dept. sent me a bill and I explained several times over the telephone with 3 different representatives and they explained that I owed a bill, I explained that my primary and secondary insurance was paid and the rest of the balance should be a contractual agreement written off.
