They never send a bill and don't submit bills to the insurance company. What they do, is send bills straight to a collection agency. Congratulations on your 1.0 google rating, you crooks.
Had a procedure, and every other part of the bill was sent to insurance, and covered. NCA never bothered to send it, despite being part of the same procedure as all the others. Then, sent me a past due bill for the balance almost immediately, for which I paid about $300 on the initial non-insurance bill. When all was said and done with insurance (finally, after 5 months) I had to pay $58. I have never been contacted about my overpayment, and it is impossible to get a hold of them. billing department is terrible when dealing with medicare/supplementals
The billing department is worthless!! Been on a three way call with my insurance and the billing department and they are saying they didn’t receive documents from the insurance company and insurance company had date and time of when received and acknowledged!! If this goes to collections I’m going to be very angry!!! Someone needs to learn to read the EOB
