I have been a patient here for well over a year seeing them multiple times a month. Treatment has been fantastic, and Dawn and Mike were an incredible team who were very communicative and helpful in my treatment. Things have in my treatment since they have left have been a bit rocky with the new staff though I am hoping it can be sorted out.
I usually have had a wonderful experience with this location but there customer service had plummeted. High turnover of employees. They have been charging me a copay for over 3 months since my oop yearly expence had been met. I am supposed to get trigger points as needed and every time I had asked them, going on over 2 months now, the reply was there were no providers available. They finally was able to schedule me 2 months ago for an upperback procedure but I couldn't accept the appointment because I did not have the time o... read more

Not worth your time or money or leave. I do not recommend this center. Notice all the most reviews are from 8 months ago or longer.
The staff here is Amazing! Like a big family... They take such great care of my son
