My husband and I had excellent service from Michael from Mercury Shaver Centre this morning. He was very knowledgeable and patient in helping us to choose the right products geared to our needs. Thank you Michael!
Awesome spot they have everything. The guy that helped me was very kind and helpful 10/10 service Highly recommend
Knowledgeable, friendly, extraordinary service and great prices! What else can one ask for? If all vendors achieved this standard, we would not need a review system.
Brought my Braun shaver in because the power button broke off. Michael fixed it on the spot and the cost for the replacement button was half of Amazon's price. Overall fantastic service.
I have never had to order epilator parts and wasnt familiar with the ID numbers and what to look for. I ordered the right epilator head but chose the wrong cap by mistake. Before fulfilling my order I received a call from Mercury to confirm what I was trying to order. I greatly appreciated Michael checking in with me and not just doing the go ahead because I had already paid. Thanks to him I got the correct parts I was trying to order. I would definitely recommend buying from them.
