If you're looking for somewhere nice to stay I would not Recommend this Company they are very Unprofessional in the Office generally the Female Secretaries I usually ask to speak to Mike Murphy when I walk in so I can skip all Rudeness and Unprofessionalism. I have rented from mercury property for a total of two years, I rented from them in 2012 for a year. I only moved because I did not like my neighbors. A few years passed and I was looking for a new place again. I went back to MPM to see what they had and was able to get into another great house. They have been helpful and take are of my large problems promptly.
RUNNNNNNNNN, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY TALK NICE TO GET YOU IN AND EVEN BEFORE YOU CAN SIGN YOUR LEASE THEY THREATING TO TAKE YOU TO COURT FOR NON PAYMENT AND I HAVE BEEN RENTING FROM THEM FOR OVER A YEAR AND NEVER LATE. THEY WONT COME OUT TO HANDLE YOU MAINTENCE ISSUES AND I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR LIKE 4 MONTHS NOW. AND WHEN EVER YOU GO TO THE OFFICE THEY ARE TAKING 2 HOUR LUNCHES.
