RecommendedThis apartment complex is perfectly located in the heart of Noda (36th/Davidson). The amenities are incredible and it is extremely dog-friendly. The maintenance crew is extremely responsive and helpful. The leasing/office team is also responsive to tenant needs and works really hard to ensure the the overall living experience is pleasant. It’s more than just a bunch of apartments - its a community within a community. Thank you Mercury NoDa.
The employees hate working here and it’s apparent. You’ll be threatened regularly abt fees and fines that arbitrarily change on a whim. Been woken up twice in a month at 5am for fire alarms that go one for an hour bc no staff is willing to live here or resolve it. I’ve never had an email or voice mail returned and never had them answer the phone. They regularly shut down the office so I’ve had my dogwalker and deliveries denied so often I now get them at the post office. Location is great which is why I gave them a star. Suc... read more
Have lived here for 8 months and couldn’t have picked a better place to live in Charlotte! My husband and I have met our closest friends in Charlotte in this building, are growing our small but mighty family in our apartment with enough room for a nursery, and really appreciate the incredibly friendly and supportive office staff and maintenance crew who know us and our puppy by name and always keep up with what’s happening in our lives. Couldn’t recommend this apartment more highly!

This place is amazing!! Funky, cool, perfectly placed in the area, and absolutly love the idea of a guest suite for my family when they are in town :)
