RecommendedI have been living at Mercury NoDa since August 2019. My apartment is very nice. Management and support of residents in the building is very good. This is a great location. I am very happy with the building and management.

Terrible customer service and no follow up. I decided to move here and was told i would receive a follow up call from the leasing agent the next monday. i left messages for 2 weeks and the leasing agent refused my call. Novel Noda is newer and had better service. i decided to move there based on the service i received. Go to Novel Noda ask for Andrea or Alec they are great!
Great location close to all of the action!
Incompetent management. We moved out in Sept after having lived here since the building was originally opened. I had to call corporate because the management threatened to send me to collections for something I didn’t owe. We actually paid $3500 penalty to break our lease to move a mile down the road. Our move out bill they said our reason for leaving was that we bought a house which was not true. Looks like they’re trying to cover up why people are leaving.
