Dont move here. This place has gone down hill after a change of management. Maintenance steals from apartments, they dont actually follow up on anything that needs to be fixed, and the office is not responsive. spend a few extra bucks elsewhere.
Incredible place to live Hello, I live in MErcury Cove APts I cant say enough good about this place. I am an implant from up north and not knowing this area I was kind of in the blind coming here . I only knew that Palm Bay wasn’t know for being a great area , but it was where I needed to be for my job. I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision. BEYOND NOISY CONSTRUCTION!!!!!!!!!!! If you are looking for somewhere to live DO NOT move here!!!!!!! They are doing construction that begins at between 5:30am and 7am with dump trucks idling until they start dumping, incessant beeping, banging, BUILDING SHAKING for hours.....I don't even live in the complex and I have to deal with that crap everyday.
