Worst place to live. They charged based on cleaning we never received. The lease renewal is automatically done. They are rude and really fukd up people. They only want money. Air went out 10times and they never came to fix anything.
I’ve tried contacting Merci Properties on multiple occasions to rent from them. I never get a call back, today I passed by before 2:30 pm to turn in the application and the money order for the background check. There was no one there, it says that the office closes at 5. I called the number and it only prompts me to leave a message, but no one ever calls you back.
