My question is, how do you get them to return your phone call? I called to schedule an appointment two weeks ago. I got a call two days later which I missed. I have been playing phone tag ever since even left my availability days on the recorded message and still cannot get them to call me back. I am scheduling a new patient appointment. This is not a good way to start off a doctor patient relationship.
I am blessed to have found Dr Tony after my previous doctor retired. I thought it would be impossible to find another great doctor. I not only found a great doctor I found a phenomenal doctor in Dr Tony. He is easy to talk to, thorough, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything to me. Interaction with Julie, the receptionist, is always friendly and professional. I have and will continue to highly recommend Dr Tony.
