Had a bad experience on New Year's Day with seating. We were told 20 min, and after 45 min I asked the manager why it was taking so long. We were told that "no two tops have come open" HUH??? You put your seating capacity over customers wait times????

Hi Darrell— we’re not making excuses, just working to clear up the situation. We checked our records to make sure we didn’t miss an opportunity to seat you sooner, and the only tables that were sat between 12, when you walked in, and 12:38, when you were seated, were reservations on the main floor, or walk-in parties headed up to our 2nd or 3rd level.
