I'm a truck driver, lazy people work, they unload a truck in five to six hours, after each truck they take a one-hour break, the garbage company

Im a truck driver. I showed up at Merchant Metals-Knoxville, TN at 7:00am to deliver a load. They opened up at 8:00am. It took these guys over 5 hours to unload half a load. The office and yard workers are very rude. I told the office I am short on time, the other half of this load has to go to Nashville. One of the guys in the back of the office rudely stated ‘once we’re finished’. I kept my professional peace and continued to wait. I never disrespected anyone at Merchant Metals-Knoxville. I own a local construction company and they refuse to sell to anybody new at this time. No over the counter sales and not accepting new accounts. Would love to see this business die off.
