Great experience start to finish! We booked on SpotHero for 2 days. Make sure you get your QR code before you pull into the city and make sure your phone brightness is all the way up. That’s it! It’s easy to find, well maintained, and we felt safe.
They have zero idea how to vacate the garage. Never park here for a show or event. It’s a complete waste of time & takes over an hour to exit from any floor above reserved parking. Absolutely terrible.
Do not use for events. We used the garage for a Purdue game tonight. Got in the car on the fifth level post game at 8:40, is 9:39 and we're on the 3rd floor. I took a walk while my father in law drove and there's an attendant just smiling doing nothing. Absolutely ridiculous to pay for this crap. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
But pricey for long parking.
