Parked in this garage for a basketball game and got our locked car broken into along with a whole row of other cars on the fourth floor. Nobody was to be found to help or to inform of the breaking in.
Great experience start to finish! We booked on SpotHero for 2 days. Make sure you get your QR code before you pull into the city and make sure your phone brightness is all the way up. That’s it! It’s easy to find, well maintained, and we felt safe.
They have zero idea how to vacate the garage. Never park here for a show or event. It’s a complete waste of time & takes over an hour to exit from any floor above reserved parking. Absolutely terrible.
