Showed up to an appointment to see a specific vehicle that Hector told me was AVAILABLE. The car was supposedly at a body shop getting reconditioned… so not available. Complete waste of time and disrespectful.
Can’t say enough good things about Bob Labrie. He’s so warm, personable and kind. Thanks to him, my experience buying a car for the first time was as seamless as possible. He even offered pizza and water to me at my appointment. What a guy. He’s a gem!
Bought a used truck. Has a few concerns but they're very willing to work with me. Great people to work with and very easy going. Got into the truck in just a couple days. Very good with communication.
