After reading reviews we decided to still go with Merchant Auto and we are so glad we did so far! Our sales rep Armando was great through the whole process with answering endless questions and finding us the perfect van as the ones we came into look at already sold! He listened to what we wanted and price range and didn’t try to upsell us to something we didn’t want.
I love my car, but the business practices in this place are very poor, misleading and unorganized. Since leaving with my car I discovered there were two pins missing that are meant to hold up the underside of my car, I called them they fixed it no issue. This week I found out I missed a payment on my loan which I thought was weird cause I set up Auto pay at the dealership and the payments had been getting taken out, so I called the dealership they told me I had to call another company that handled automated payments, I waite... read more
