Showed up to an appointment to see a specific vehicle that Hector told me was AVAILABLE. The car was supposedly at a body shop getting reconditioned… so not available. Complete waste of time and disrespectful.
I want to say this is our 6th and 7th vehicle purchased through Peter and Elias. They are a pleasure to work with from start to end. They make it as seamless and painless as well as quick. We were in and out in record time.
We have bought approximately 6-7 cars from Merchants and have gone to Peter every time. If we have ever had a situation after we left he has always taken care of us. He somehow always makes the deal we want happen, I’m sure it is with the help of Elias in finance. Buying a car is not something I enjoy doing but from these two it is seamless. All the paperwork ready to go ahead of time and they work quickly to get you in and out! You won’t be disappointed if you ask for Peter !
