I have a membership in Careington. Last visit I was overcharged. I had to prove that my price list was applicable. It was and I got a refund. This visit I was told you do not participate in my plan. I left the office with NO work done and No dentist. You called me and told me you would honor the price on my list. I will NOT be a patient in your practice. I will not deal with this confusion. You give the feeling of mistrust.
Nancy X-ray tech was great and as was the dentist and dental hygienist.
MY HYGENIST IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH AND PERSONABLE.
