I love the Doctors but the issue is the person answering the phone(Erica), the first time she was refusing to ask the Dr. directions of what can I do to help my baby with constipation so she was sending me either to ER or wait until next day for an appointment (almost 4 days that my baby didn't poop) when I asked her if she can ask any of her peers about another pediatrician to refer me of course another nurse came to the rescue ? she did talk to the Dr and gave me directions of what to do). professionalism from the staff
This has been my daughters’ primary care location since she was 1 years old. She’s now 5 and my youngest is 2. They are never available to see them when I need it. Always too busy. Even with 3 locations and multiple doctors. The office is supposed to close at 5 and the doctors are always leaving early. I always have to end up taking them to the hospital. Should have switched years ago. Will be switching for sure now. Horrible.
On hold for 45min before getting a hold of someone to be put on hold again for 31 minutes
