I had an issue with my equipment and Christina in customer service stayed on the phone with me for 1.5 hours going above and beyond to make sure the situation was handled
Cost our business a LOT of money, and entered us into a contract with an equipment lessor, who refuses to cancel, even though Merchant Coop installed it. TOTALLY MISREPRESENTED EVERYTHING and didn't refund anything. WORST business decision I ever made!
Sales rep was pushy and promised a lot of things that we came to find out were not possible. What a waste of time. Stay away!
Best experience I have ever had with any merchant. Cheapest rates I could find anywhere and great looking and functional POS system.
