Went to this shop in February last year, before they changed their name but just after the shop was sold. I brought my second car in for an oil change and that was the end of it. Just over 3 months and 3k miles after I had the oil change my car started knocking. I had a 2013 Ford Focus ST that required synthetic oil and about 1.5 qts more than they put in.
