My friends recommended me to eat Mercer's ice cream long time, but never had a chance till today!! I had a Vanilla soft cream at the shop, it was just amazing!!! I also bought some wine ice cream and brought back to friend's place, and had a cup of Strawberry Sparklling for night cap...awwwww, it was so yummy :) I'll definitely come back to get more ice cream soon!!!
Good idea for some people who likes wine in ice cream.But not for some people that are on medications..
How long does the ice cream last in the freezer before opening? For New Year's Eve - I just opened the Mercer Burgundy Cherry ice cream we bought 3 mos ago. It has an unpleasant and sandy taste. We love your ice cream but this one was terrible. :-( Happy New Year!

I ordered a mint chocolate chip ice cream for my sons birthday with short notice and they had it ready for me.. Not only did it taste good but the Mercer girls did a fantastic job decorating it.....
