My first visit was very disappointing the ice cream was freezer burnt and very gritty.
Diving through Boonville decided to stop for my first time here for ice cream ( and last). You don’t carry gluten free cones. Which I can live without. But the thing that was the breaker was when I asked for chocolate ice cream and the girl started putting vanilla in dish and I said to her I wanted chocolate. She turned to me and said well you never specified. Then kept giving me dirty looks!!! Yeah. Never again.
I paid for a medium wafflecone and they didnt even fill it lol 4 dollars i wish i could add a picture because i took one it was so dissapointing good thing i didnt order a small
Never get what you order even after you explain to the girls multiple times what you want happens every single time we go there, I think they should have to know how to make everything on the menu before being left there alone or maybe a little older to work there!!
I have loved Mercer's ice cream since I was a kid.I had 5 flavors of the wine ice cream shipped to AZ. It came as fresh & creamy as Mercer's ice cream has ever been!! Their customer service is the best!!!
The girls were great and the ice cream was amazing!
