To Add to what Ashley has said below, there's a mentally unwell woman who lives here with her dog (The dog is great, given the circumstances, and deserves a better home). The lady yells at all hours of the day and regularly threatens people passing by. This has been going on for the past year and it's pretty unpleasant.
Two stars only because Sadia was always nice (although, I never asked NW apts for anything so - perhaps my rating would be different if I had ) The company (Northwest Apartments) cares only about money -- and the proof for that statement is in the class action suit they settled recently. (Google it) Great location - but units are way overpriced for what they are. These people treat you with zero respect. And when you move out they will keep your entire security deposit even if the apartment is cleaner and in better shape than it was when you moved in. DO NOT RENT FROM NORTHWEST APARTMENTS
Worst apartment complex ever. This complex has a huge problem with theft. So many of my packages got stolen and I emailed the property manager multiple times and she gave a less than helpful response advising me to send my packages elsewhere. I talked to multiple other residents who also had the same problem. They have zero security cameras either and refuse to put them up. They have mold everywhere in the garage and in stairwells.
