They screw you and waste your time it’s a joke
It is usually a Courtesy when a Concerned Person calls and asks to speak to Safety about a Driver. I called and the first woman was so confused she was unable to honor my request to speak to the Safety Department. I said Wow...and she was so offended she then hung up. I called a few times more and she and another Ignorant Woman thought yelling and talking over me was the proper way to do their job. I just started with them last month and let me tell you the money is good and god they make you feel welcome
Brokerage team is top notch. Wonderful people who go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Anthony jumped up out from behind his desk to meet me and shake my hand. Josh Childs is awesome freight coordinator and Lori Andrew's is a great broker. Prompt pay. They pay fast.
Work here for 5yrs. and when I left, they trying to get $2300+ for insurance and tags even tho I had new insurance and tags within two weeks of leaving. I quit in mid May '17 and charging me up to Aug or Sept. It seems there's some ppl that can't do there job in the office then screw the driver.
