As a driver they don’t care to ask you sides of stories or what’s going on, they just rather let you go. Seems a bit unprofessional to me. Contractors say anything and Mercer sides with them. No question asked. Not to mention double broker freight which draws the freight charges down around 2 grand or more depending on the load. All in all sure go for it to experience it. But everyone’s different m. Some will hate, some will love the company.
Great place to work. Everyone here is very professional and courteous
When you hand in your trailer they steal from you and charge you for tires they don’t even put they are thieves and they dictate how much you make
Mercer is one of the most top rated trucking companys out there in my book's. Mercer cares about there Drivers First and foremost; because, with out the drivers the company would not be around. Mercer is a Flatbed & Step-deck mostly, with Dry-Vans also. Mercer is 100% Owner-Opp with the Drivers.
