I am not a driver, but I rode with a Mercer driver for two weeks and had a blast. Anyway, I was impressed with the Mercer policies on drivers pay on their loads. And he seemed to have a good relationship with his dispatcher. She was able to get him back to Texas and keep him loaded, in time to get me back to work within the 2 weeks. Kudos to Mercer and all the drivers you have contracted with you.
