I've been a Contractor, a Lease Driver and a Employee for other Owners. I've worked here for a little over 4 years and did business for about 5 years prior to that. I wouldn't trade anything for this company, after 26 years in the industry you've seen alot. Thanks to my Mercer Family for everything.
For this to be a no force dispatch company this guy Gran for the FedX account trying to force me to stay on this FedX account running 4 loads a week sitting from Friday to Tuesday and him and his boss git mad because i said i wanted off but other than this Lil issue MERCER is a great O/O company the brokers and driver coordinator are awesome CNT go wrong with this company
