I couldn't be happier with the level of care and attention my daughter receives at Mercer. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! The updates to the office also look fantastic!! I am so happy that we chose Mercer for my daughter's dental needs!
Despite not knowing me from Adam, when I called Mercer Dental, with what, for me was a near emergency, from the first contact the folks at Mercer were friendly, professional and empathetic. they set up an appointment for me within hours, although the diagnosis that resulted from Dr Sean Mercer's exam was not great news, he delivered it with clarity and warmth, the Dental professionals that assisted him were caring and professional, exhibiting outstanding competence in their treatment and their systems. Appreciate being seen right away with sensitive tooth. Was referred to another doctor who found that it was tooth # 20 that was the problem.
Great as usual
My 87 year old Mother is a new patient at Mercer Dental, they replaced a lost filling in a front tooth and repaired and filled another tooth in one visit, it looks great and was painless. I was very pleased with the staff, everyone was so friendly to my Mom and very accommodating to me.
I was a little apprehensive since this was a first for me. Laurel did a great job and it was a much better experience than expected. Dr. Sean did pretty good with the novocane too.
