It had been years since I had been to the dentist and my experience at Mercer was exceptional. Everyone we very friendly. They had all of the high tech equipment that made my visit easy and painless (except the 2 fillings, but those were my fault). Even getting the fillings was painless because they stopped the procedure as soon as I flinched to give me more novacaine (or whatever they use now). They also removed an old filling and put in the tooth colored filling material to make my teeth look better. Thanks guys!
This place is a total team effort, I felt relaxed and with a sense of assurance that my dental needs and care would be addressed in a timley maner "they" did a great JOB
From start to finish the staff was first class all of the way. My dental hygenist, April was so nice and communicated all of the happenings of the procedures as we moved along. April is a real professional, the best I have come across. I will be asking for her again. Dr. Andy Mercer gave me an excellent update on my x-rays, required work to be done, and all of the options for the work that needed to be done. He is a superstar dentist. I am actually looking forward to seeing the Pro's at Mercer Dental Associates again.
I was a patient of Dr. Thomas W. Mercer DMD for over 27 years (approx. since the age of 5 years). Credit is due to Dr. Mercer for the health and appearance of my smile.
