Dr. Andy worked for me when he was a busboy at the Blue Coat Inn many years ago. He was always a very dependable and dedicated employee. Now, the family practice has become his responsibility. April was terrific. She was very gentle. She has a comforting chairside manner and is most professional. I am looking forward to my next cleaning in six months because of her. Dr. Tom Mercer's examination was thorough and he spent time answering my questions. I was somewhat apprehensive prior to this appointment, but very glad that I kept it.

Coming from bad dental experiences Mercer has been a breath of fresh air. Professional all the way, I wouldn't say pain free but they have been gentle.
