We were visiting but what I saw was very nice
Poor Mercer Point. Bought here 6 years ago. It was a gorgeous, private, well-maintained property! Like the pictures you see here on the site. Since then, 2 professional management companies have been let go. We are currently reeling down a vortex in decline. The pool area has totally been let go. They thought replacing a grill was important while the pool furniture is bleached out and shredding.
