Enjoyed, visiting this place for first time they was so friendly and it was so clean in there didn't have a long wait me and my daughter was half asleep because we traveled from Albany GA but I didn't allow my sleep stop me from focusing on how amazing there staff was .A+ Dr. Fletcher did amazing job explaining what was going on with my daughter back .
To Anyone going to get an appointment for Medical care From the Doctor Winnie Jr please be advised..he had a practice in Folkston Georgia.. without warning or even the courtesy to let his patients no ..he was leaving ..many many of us left wandering what why.. he's free do as he pleases but a heads up would have been nice..be aware of the type person he is
I am not sure if this is a doctor’s office for students in training ; but I’ve had new doctor every year for the pass 4 years that I’ve been here. You get use to someone and they get use to you and they prescribe you medication and then you have to change over to a new doctor. I attempted to call a month ago to get my prescription moved to a different pharmacy and I was on hold for a while before the receptionist told me I needed to call back and wait for my doctor to do it. I gave this facility a 5 because I called and received the best customer service by Darrick. Darrick was patient, informative, kind, and very cheerful. Thank you so much, for your excellent customer service skills!
When the staff changed the service went downhill fast. They don't care, are inconsiderate and incompetent. I was sent to collections in March for a bill that I paid in full last December. I have called several times trying to get seen for mental health services only to be ignored and brushed off. Thankfully I'm not suicidal or I may not have been here to give this review.
