Literal SCAM. It cost $ to view apartments and $110 to apply. They let me APPLY for an apartment that was not available. They told me hours later. I called and requested a refund since they didn’t even look at my application and it was denied. I loved the place but SO happy I am not dealing with an unethical company like this. Literally save your money, time, and probably a lot of hassle for anything because EVERYTHING has to go through the “manager.” No one knows the phone can help you.

They do a good job of interviewinfg tenants and using the correct paperwork to make sue that everyting is legal. Also, M has a good accounting system and monthly reports of the property's income.
Mercer is a professional property management service that I have used over the years and have been extremely satisfied with their service. Things are so much easier when they are involved. I trust their knowledge of the complex rental laws in today’s property leasing scenario.
