I was disappointed with my move-in experience with Mercer Properties. No one from the management office met with us in person to show us the apartment. I paid $2 to view the unit on my own. When it was time to move in, the keys were left outside the office with my name visible, rather than being handed to me directly. I was required to pay the full rent for the 15 days of September, along with the security deposit, in less than 24 hours. Trash service is incredibly expensive. Their fees for making payments with credit or even debit are $10 each time!!!
Was very cordial and got the job done without any problems. Thanks
Mercer manages my home. They fixed it up and got a great renter for a good price in a reasonable amount of time. Now I sit back and collect every month and they worry about the details. Easy and I highly recommend them if you are planning to rent out a property.
