They will charge you just to view a property. Horrible service, and nickel and dime approach that they have accepted as normal business practice.
Sadly I they have been taking advantage of people way too much! My experience started off with responsive communication with Kelly or KC, but there were multiple issues throughout the process that raise serious concerns about transparency. When I first tried to schedule a viewing, I was redirected to a third-party site requiring a paid membership just to book an appointment. Very dependable I don’t have to worry about anything. These guys are excellent.
I've recently moved from Madison WI to Poway CA, so I had to do some house hunting in the San Diego area. I ultimately decided for renting a house that is managed by Mercer Properties. My experience with Mercer Properties has been positive overall. The agents were professional, comprehensive and responsive throughout the rental process and I appreciated their flexibility to accommodate my busy schedule, including on weekends.
