I was greatly disappointed as our appointment was scheduled I was there waiting . The other participant confirmed they were on The way but it seemed the counselor was more concerned about canceling the session . being reminded of the 15 minute grace period and a verbal count down to rescheduling. It is already stressful planning the appointments dealing with the traffic and the construction in the area . paying for parking and then feeling like your time is not considered at all.
